  • If you cut the fruit and it turns out to be unripe, it is recommended to place the fruit in the refrigerator to ripen. Brush the halves with lemon juice, then bring them together and press them tightly together. Wrap the avocado in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. Check the fruit daily. After a week, or maybe earlier, the product can be consumed.

Considering that in the early stages the probability of miscarriage is high, an exotic fruit should be introduced into the diet very carefully. Eat a small piece of avocado and wait 2-3 hours. If no reaction occurs, you can gradually increase the dose. Every week, eat 1/2 more fruit until you reach two fruits a day. Remember that even if you are not allergic to avocado, it is necessary to carry out an intolerance test after you become pregnant.
  • During the second trimester, the baby's muscles, teeth, hair, intestines, nervous system and brain are formed. During this period, it is especially important to consume all the necessary nutrients with food. Folic acid contained in avocado promotes the proper formation of the baby's internal organs. The norm in the second trimester is 0.5–2 avocados per day. It is recommended to both cook the fruit and consume it fresh.
  • During the third trimester, the baby is actively gaining weight. Avocado is a high-calorie fruit that can cause excess weight in both the baby and the mother. Therefore, in the third trimester, it is not recommended to eat more than half of a fresh exotic fruit in one day.
  • During lactation

    You can eat avocado immediately after the birth of the baby so that the mother’s body recovers and the baby gets stronger faster. Of course, this is only relevant if there is no individual intolerance to the product.
